I am a midwest girl who migrated south. (Yay, warm weather!) I’ve been a Gwinnett County resident for over 16 years. In that time, I’ve become knowledgeable in the area’s schools, neighborhoods, and churches. As a former military spouse, I understand the stress of trying to sell a home, find a home long-distance, and manage packing and relocation. That is STRESSFUL! My goal is to make your home-buying experience as stress-free as possible. Stress-free Goal #1 To limit your need to travel. I offer virtual showings either live or via video link. I will offer commentary on the property and the condition of the home. Honesty and integrity are my life mantra so you can be assured that I will be completely honest with what I see. Stress-free Goal #2 I have contacts. Need an agent to sell your home in your state? I know someone. Need a lender? I’ve got several of those. Need a plumber, electrician, HVAC person? I know a lot of people. If I don’t happen to have a preferred vendor on my list, I have a lot of agent friends who do! Stress-free Goal #3 I get to know you. My clients are not paychecks. They are living, breathing, feeling human beings. I have the uncanny ability to really find out what you want and then research into the wee hours of the night to find the match that will fit your criteria. Unlike, my first horrid experience with a long-distance real estate agent, I want you to trust that I have your best interest in mind.
